1. General provisions
1.1 This Agreement defines the terms of use by Users (Buyers) of the materials and services of the website https://wantedvegan.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site", "Website", "Online Store").
1.2. Since this Agreement is a public offer, by accessing the materials of the Site, the User (Buyer) agrees to join this Agreement.
1.3. The Site Administration (the owner of the site https://wantedvegan.com and/or its authorised persons) has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The new version of the Agreement or amendments to it shall enter into force upon posting on the Website. If the User does not agree with the changes made, he/she is obliged to refuse access to the Website, stop using the materials and services of the Website.
1.4. The Buyer agrees to this public offer in general and unconditionally when placing an Order on the Site.
1.5. The User (Buyer) agrees that all the terms of the Agreement are clear to him and he accepts them fully and unconditionally.
2. Placing an order on the Site
2.1. To place an order on the Site, the User (Buyer) may enter the necessary data in accordance with the questionnaire.
2.2. When placing an order on the Site, the User (Buyer) undertakes to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details necessary for the Site Administration to fulfil its obligations to the User (Buyer) and deliver the paid goods to him.
2.3. In the process of registration on the Site, the User (Buyer) indicates a login (his e-mail) and password, for the safety and use of which he is personally responsible. The User (the Buyer) undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password specified during registration, to store this data in a place inaccessible to unauthorised persons. The User (the Buyer) is fully responsible for all actions taken on his/her behalf, i.e. using his/her login and password.
3. Confidentiality and personal data
3.1 The information provided by the User (Buyer) is confidential. The Website Administration shall use the information about the User (the Buyer) for the purpose of fulfilling the User's (Buyer's) Orders, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
3.2. By filling out the form on the website https://wantedvegan.com, the User (Buyer) voluntarily agrees to the collection and processing of his personal data by the Site Administration in order to
- obtaining information about the order;
- further processing of Orders for the purchase of goods;
- processing of Orders;
- sending advertising and special offers by means of telecommunication (e-mail, mobile communication).
3.3 For the purposes provided for in this section, the Administration has the right to send letters, messages and materials to the postal address, e-mail of the User (Buyer), as well as send SMS messages, make calls to the contact phone number specified in the questionnaire, if necessary to fulfil the order of the User (Buyer). The Administration has the right to record telephone conversations with the User (Buyer) in order to improve the quality of service of the latter, to which the User (Buyer) gives his unconditional consent.
3.4. The User (Buyer) agrees to the use of cookies by the Administration. Cookies do not contain personal information and cannot in any way read information from the User's (Buyer's) hard drive. Cookies are used in order to
- improving the quality of the services provided, including for quick identification of the User (Buyer)
- saving the User's (Buyer's) settings, personal preferences (preferences) and trends characteristic of him/her
- tracking the status of the User's (Buyer's) access session.
The Administration also uses cookies for advertising purposes, including to manage advertisements on websites on the Internet. If the User (Buyer) disables cookies, the Administration does not guarantee the full functionality of the website https://wantedvegan.com or its individual services.
3.5. The Buyer grants the Administration the right to process his personal data, including
- place personal data in the Administration's databases (without additional notice);
- store data for life, accumulate, update, change (if necessary).
The Administration undertakes to ensure the protection of data from unauthorised access by third parties, not to distribute or transfer data to any third parties, except for the transfer of data to related parties, commercial partners, persons authorised by the Administration to directly process data for the specified purposes, as well as at the mandatory request of the competent state authority.
3.6. In case of unwillingness to receive newsletters about special offers, novelties and other information related to the goods and about the goods, the User (Buyer) has the right to refuse it by sending a corresponding letter to the Administration and/or making a corresponding note in the personal account.
3.7. The Administration is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the User (Buyer) when registering on the website https://wantedvegan.com and placing an Order. The User (the Buyer) is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration on the site and placing the Order, agrees to all risks and is personally responsible for the consequences associated with the inaccuracy of such information.
4. Procedure for placing Orders, pricing, exchange
4.1 The User (the Buyer) can place an order independently by clicking the "Buy" and "Checkout" buttons. After placing the order, the Buyer will receive a message confirming the order, as well as the availability of the goods or the estimated date of receipt of the goods in case of its absence.
4.2. In the absence of the goods specified on the Site, due to technical problems, as well as for other reasons beyond the control of the Administration, the generated order is cancelled in whole or in part, about which the User (Buyer) is informed by sending him a corresponding notification.
4.3. By joining this Agreement and placing an order, the User (the Buyer) confirms that he is familiar with the section of the Site "Delivery and Payment", agrees with the specified terms and conditions and understands them in full. The Administration reserves the right to change the delivery time of the order with further notification to the User (Buyer).
4.4. The User (Buyer) agrees that the goods purchased by him/her are not subject to exchange and return.
4.5. By ordering the goods on the website, the User (the Buyer) confirms his/her consent to receive information about the date of production, the expiration date of the goods in the format provided by the manufacturer, in particular by means of the batch code applied to the packaging of the goods or other manufacturer's markings.
4.6. By ordering the goods on the website, the User (Buyer) confirms his/her consent to combine orders placed for one recipient into one order and receive them in one parcel. In the event of combining orders, the User (Recipient) will be notified of this by sending a message to the email address specified when placing the order.
5. Limitation of liability of the Administration
5.1. The Administration is not responsible for any errors, misprints and inaccuracies that may be found in the materials contained on this site. The Administration makes all necessary efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information on the website of the Online Store. All information and materials are provided on the basis of the actual data available, without any warranties, express or implied.
5.2. For the purpose of the foregoing, the Administration reserves the right to delete information posted on the Site, as well as to take technical and legal measures to block access to the Online Store of Users (Buyers) who create problems in the use of the Online Store by other Users (Buyers), Users (Buyers) in case of any unfair abuse on their part when ordering goods that do not have the purpose of purchasing them, or Users (Buyers) who violate the requirements of the Agreement. In this case, such blocking shall be carried out at the discretion of the Administration without prior and additional notice to such Users (Buyers).
5.3. The Website Administration is not responsible for
5.3.1. Delays or malfunctions caused by force majeure, as well as any failures in telecommunication, computer, electrical and other related systems.
5.3.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and delays related to their operation.
5.3.3. Proper functioning of the Website if the User (Buyer) does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means.
6. Exclusive rights
6.1. All objects available through the services of the website https://wantedvegan.com, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects (hereinafter referred to as the "Content of the Services"), as well as any content posted on the website https://wantedvegan.com, are subject to the exclusive rights of the Administration, users and other copyright holders.
6.2. The use of the content, as well as any other elements of the Services, is possible only within the functionality offered by a particular service. No elements of the content of the services of the website https://wantedvegan.com, as well as any content posted on the services of the website https://wantedvegan.com, may be used in any other way without the prior permission/consent of the copyright holder. Use means, in particular, but not exclusively, reproduction, copying, processing, distribution on any basis, participation in a lottery, etc. The exception is cases expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. The use by the User (the Buyer) of the content elements of the Services, as well as any content for personal non-commercial use, is allowed provided that all copyright, related rights, trademarks, other notices of authorship are preserved, the name (or pseudonym) of the author/right holder is preserved without changes, and the relevant object is preserved without changes. Exceptions are cases expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
