HOW TO COOK?
Prepare frozen or defrosted in the fridge or at room temperature.
Fry on a well-heated frying pan or grill until golden brown:
frozen - 4-6 min per side,
defrosted - 3-4 minutes on each side.
Ingredients:
Hydrated textured soy protein and wheat protein, drinking water, refined deodorized frozen sunflower oil, soy protein, wheat protein, methylcellulose thickener, potato starch, salt, spice blend (onion, garlic, black pepper), natural flavoring*, spice extracts (black pepper, pungent pepper, garlic), ascorbic acid antioxidant, citric acid acidity regulator, natural colorings (beet juice, paprika extract, fenugreek extract, sugar coloring), barley malt extract. The product contains allergens: gluten, soy. Non-GMO.
Nutritional value per 100 g: fats – 15.0 g, of which saturated – 2.0 g; carbohydrates – 10.0 g, of which sugars – 0.1 g; proteins – 21.5 g; salt – 1.5 g.
Energy value per 100 g: 1105 kJ (kJ). Caloric content per 100 g: 261 kcal (kcal).
Minimum shelf life: at storage temperature not exceeding minus 18°C - no more than 12 months, with possible short-term temperature increases during transportation not more than by 3°C. The product in its original sealed vacuum packaging is recommended to be stored after thawing at a temperature from 0°C to plus 5°C for no more than 7 days, in an opened package - no more than 3 days.
