Plant-based sashimi with smoked salmon flavour

Salmon that never swam. Now with a smoked flavour! We have created the first plant-based sashimi in Ukraine, which has already become a favourite addition to a variety of avocado toast, rolls, salads and anything else you can think of. Our sashimi is a great proof that a plant-based diet is possible without compromising yourself and your preferences.
HOW TO COOK?
The product is ready to be used thawed as an ingredient in culinary dishes. Thaw the product in the refrigerator or at room temperature before use. Defrosting in microwave ovens is not recommended.
Ingredients:
water, stabilising mixture (sugar, modified starch, sorbitol, rice flour, carrageenan, conjaku gum, carob gum, potassium chloride), salt, natural flavour*, colouring agents (paprika extract, calcium carbonate, red beautiful ace).
* flavouring of exclusively plant based origin.
May contain traces of allergens: gluten, sesame.

Minimum shelf life:
at a storage temperature not exceeding minus 18 °C - no more than 12 months;
at a storage temperature not exceeding minus 12 °C - no more than 30 days;
at a storage temperature not exceeding 0 °C - no more than 7 days.
After defrosting, store the product in its original closed vacuum packaging at a temperature between 0 °C and 5 °C for no more than 7 days, and in an unopened package for no more than 3 days. The defrosted product must not be re-frozen.
