We have created the first plant-based sashimi in Ukraine, which has already become a favourite addition to a variety of avocado toast, rolls, salads and anything else you can think of. Our sashimi is a great proof that a plant-based diet is possible without compromising yourself and your preferences.
HOW TO COOK?

The product is ready to be used thawed as an ingredient in culinary dishes. Thaw the product in the refrigerator or at room temperature before use. Defrosting in microwave ovens is not recommended.

Ingredients:
Stabilizing blend (sugar, modified starch, sorbitol, rice flour, carrageenan, konjac gum, locust bean gum, potassium chloride), drinking water, kitchen salt, "Smoked Salmon" flavoring, colorings (paprika extract, calcium carbonate), Vegan Omega 3:6:9 vitamins. Non-GMO. Nutritional value per 100 g: fats – 0.44 g, of which saturated – 0.01 g; carbohydrates – 9.5 g, of which sugars – 5 g; proteins – 0.2 g; salt – 3 g; Vegan Omega 3:6:9 vitamins - 1.46 g. Energy value per 100 g: 181.5 kJ (kJ). Caloric content per 100 g: 42.7 kcal (kcal). Minimum shelf life: at storage temperature not exceeding minus 18°C - no more than 12 months, with possible short-term temperature increases during transportation not more than by 3°C. The product in its original sealed vacuum packaging is recommended to be stored after thawing at a temperature from 0°C to plus 5°C for no more than 7 days, in an opened package - no more than 3 days.
