Ingredients:

Corn bread - 1 slice, cream cheese - 25g, guacamole - 25g, cherry tomatoes - 2 pieces, Wanted Vegan salmon-flavoured vegetable sashimi - 50g, blue onion - 5g, microgreens - 5g.

1 Toast a slice of bread on a dry pan lightly greased with oil.
2 Spread cream cheese on the bread.
3 Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
4 Mash the avocado using a fork, add salt and pepper.
5 Spread the avocado on the prepared bread.
6 Add a few pieces of smoked salmon on each half of the avocado, and a few cherry tomatoes.
