HOW TO COOK?
Prepare frozen or defrosted in the fridge or at room temperature.
Fry on a well-heated frying pan or grill until golden brown:
frozen - 4-6 min per side,
defrosted - 3-4 minutes on each side.
water, textured wheat protein, sunflower oil, legume protein, pea protein, methyl cellulose thickener, wheat starch, salt, spice mix (onion, garlic, black pepper), natural flavour*, spice extracts (black pepper, allspice, garlic), antioxidant ascorbic acid, acidity regulator citric acid, natural beetroot juice colouring, barley malt extract.

Nutritional (food) value per 100 g:
fat - 15.0 g, of which saturated fat - 2.0 g;
carbohydrates - 10.0 g, of which sugars - 0.1 g;
protein - 20.0 g;
salt - 1.5 g.
Shelf life and storage conditions:
The product should be stored in dry, clean freezers in a frozen state:
at a storage temperature not exceeding minus 18 °C - no more than 12 months;
at a storage temperature not exceeding minus 12 °C - no more than 30 days.
After defrosting, store at a temperature between 0 and 2 °C for no more than 7 days.
